Welke persoonsgegevens verwerken wij?

Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens die u aan ons verstrekt in het kader van een opdracht of via het contactformulier op onze website. Het gaat om contactgegevens (naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer), gegevens benodigd voor de uitvoering van de opdracht en, voor zover van toepassing, identiteitsgegevens ter voldoening aan de Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme (Wwft). Wij verwerken geen bijzondere of gevoelige persoonsgegevens tenzij dit strikt noodzakelijk is.

Voor welke doeleinden verwerken wij uw persoonsgegevens?

Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens uitsluitend voor de volgende doeleinden:

• de uitvoering van adviesopdrachten en daarmee samenhangende dienstverlening (grondslag: uitvoering overeenkomst, art. 6 lid 1 sub b AVG);
• onze financiële administratie, waaronder facturatie en het innen van vorderingen (grondslagen: uitvoering overeenkomst en wettelijke verplichting, art. 6 lid 1 sub b en c AVG);

Aan wie verstrekken wij uw persoonsgegevens?

Wij verstrekken uw persoonsgegevens niet aan derden, tenzij dit noodzakelijk is voor de uitvoering van de opdracht, wettelijk verplicht is, of u daarvoor toestemming heeft gegeven. Indien wij derden inschakelen die als verwerker optreden, sluiten wij een verwerkersovereenkomst conform de AVG.

Hoe lang bewaren wij uw persoonsgegevens?

• Persoonsgegevens in het kader van de financiële administratie worden bewaard conform de wettelijke bewaarplicht van zeven jaar.
• Gegevens uit KYC-onderzoek worden vijf jaar na beëindiging van de zakelijke relatie bewaard conform de Wwft.
• Overige gegevens worden uiterlijk twee jaar na afronding van de opdracht of het laatste contact verwijderd.

Uw privacyrechten

U heeft het recht op inzage, rectificatie, verwijdering, beperking van de verwerking, bezwaar en dataportabiliteit. Om gebruik te maken van uw rechten kunt u contact met ons opnemen via www.lpp.nl. Wij reageren binnen één maand op uw verzoek.

Indien u een klacht heeft over de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens, kunt u deze indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Beveiliging

Wij treffen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen verlies, ongeoorloofde toegang of onrechtmatige verwerking.

• responding to enquiries via our website (legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of the assignment, required by law, or you have given your consent. Where we engage third parties acting as processors, we enter into a data processing agreement in accordance with the GDPR.

How long do we retain your personal data?

• Personal data relating to financial administration is retained in accordance with the statutory retention period of seven years.
• Data obtained through KYC due diligence is retained for five years after termination of the business relationship in accordance with the Wwft.
• Other data is deleted no later than two years after completion of the assignment or last contact.

Your privacy rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. To exercise your rights, please contact us via www.lpp.nl. We will respond within one month.

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, you may submit it to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
